• To send you relevant updates about the project you registered for (for example, launch dates or appointment arrangements);

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not charge you any fees for our referral services.

• Nexsgen Realty and its licensed real estate negotiators, for the purpose of following up on your enquiry;

• The relevant property developer or its appointed sales team, where required to process your booking or registration;

• Service providers that operate this Site's infrastructure — our forms are processed by Netlify (our website hosting provider), and analytics/advertising measurement is provided by Google (see Section 5);

• Authorities, if disclosure is required by law.

We only share what is necessary for these purposes, and we require the parties above to handle your data responsibly.
